Residential Wash & Fold

Pickup & Delivery

  1. Review our service terms below

  2. Separate clothing the way you desire otherwise will be washed together

  3. Place laundry into disposable bags

  4. Label each with your name and address

  5. Include washing instructions

  6. Orders will be returned in laundry duffel bags with a label

  7. You’ll get an email when your order is out for delivery

  8. Call or email with any questions


Pricing (13 lb. minimum):

  • 1 Week Service ($1.50/lb)

    • For those not in a rush

    2 Day Service ($1.65/lb)

    • Order before noon for same day pickup otherwise it will be collected the next day

    • Holidays excluded

  • 1 Day Service ($1.95/lb)

    • Order before 10am

    • Will be returned by noon the following day

Service limited to areas in the following postal codes: M6S, M6P, M6R, M6N, M8X, M8Y, M8Z, M9A


Service Terms:

  • Minimum of 13lbs, orders less than the minimum will be charged the minimum

  • Payment due upon receipt of invoice

  • Accepted payments: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard

  • Cost includes pick-up, weigh, wash, and fold

  • Transportation charge is $10 per order (for home delivery)

  • Laundry weight performed using calibrated digital scale with laundry only

  • Orders must be picked up on the day the order is ready

  • A $5/day storage fee will be charged if a later date is not arranged ahead of time (for locker service)

  • We will inspect clothes for damage and will not wash damaged items.

  • Immediately inspect and photograph any noticed damage that was not present before laundry service.

  • Any damage not reported within 24 hours of pick up will not be considered the fault of Community Laundry, Inc.

  • Maximum replacement value is no more than 10x the value of the service for the damaged item

  • Do not include items that are clearly marked not for use in machines (ie. wool, delicates, etc.)

  • No hang dry items
