Residential Wash & Fold - Locker Service

Locker Drop Off In Store

  1. Review our service terms below

  2. Pack up your laundry

  3. Visit the retail store at 287 Jane St. between 6am - 11:30pm.

  4. Pick an available locker and lock it with your own security code

  5. Use the online store to complete your order.

Pricing (13 lb. minimum):

  • 1 Week Service ($1.50/lb)

    • For those not in a rush

    • Drop off before 10am and pick up 7 days later before 10am

    • Eg. Drop off Friday at 9am and your order will be ready the following Friday by 10am

    • Holidays excluded

  • 2 Day Service ($1.65/lb)

    • Drop off before 10am and pick up 2 days later before 10am

    • Eg. Drop off Tuesday at 9am and your order will be ready on Thursday by 10am

    • Holidays excluded

  • 1 Day Service ($1.95/lb) - Contact us to confirm availability

    • Drop off before 10am and pick up 1 day later by 10am

    • Holidays excluded


Service Terms:

  • Minimum of 13lbs, orders less than the minimum will be charged the minimum

  • Payment due upon receipt of invoice

  • Accepted payments: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard

  • Cost includes pick-up, weigh, wash, fold, delivery

  • Laundry weight performed using calibrated digital scale with laundry only

  • Orders must be picked up on the day the order is ready

  • A $5/day storage fee will be charged if a later date is not arranged ahead of time

  • We will inspect clothes for damage and will not wash damaged items.

  • Immediately inspect and photograph any noticed damage that was not present before laundry service.

  • Any damage not reported within 24 hours of pick up will not be considered the fault of Community Laundry, Inc.

  • Maximum replacement value is no more than 10x the value of the service for the damaged item

  • Do not include items that are clearly marked not for use in machines (ie. wool, delicates, etc.)

  • No hang dry items
